Contest : The Lesson I Learned The Hard Way
How open are you to learning are you teachable?
Yes i believes i am very open to learning. No persons knows everything in life.Every day we learn somethings new from parents teachers friends books and even from our own mistakes.I always try to listen carefuly when someone gives me advice or teaches me something important.Sometimes it is not easy to accept corection especially when we think we are right but i believe a teachable person grows faster in life.Being teachable means having a humble heart. It means acceptings that other people may know something better than us.I likes learning from experienced people because their advice can save us from many problems.I also believes learning never stops.Even old people continue learning untils the last day of life.Knowledge makes a person wiser stronger and more confident. There were times when i ignored advices because i thought i already understood everything. Later i realized that refusing to learn only creates dificulties. That is why now i try to keep an open mind and learn from every situation around me.
What is that lesson you learned the hard way.
One important lesson i learned the hard way was the value of time.In the past i used to delay many things.I would leave important work for later and think there was still enough time.Sometimes i wasted hours on unnecessary activities instead of focusing on my studies or responsibilities.I believed i could finish everything at the last moment.Because of this habit i faced many stressful situations. One day i had an importants task to complete but i kept delaying it again and again.Finaly when the deadline came near i became nervous and rushed to finished the work. The result was not good because i did not give it enough attention and effort.I felts disappointed in myself and realized that my habit of procrastination was hurting me badly. That experienced taught me a painful but valuable lesson.Time is very precious and once it passes it never comes back.Delaying work only increases stres fear and regret. Since then i have tried to manage my time beter.I make plans complete work earlier and avoid wasting valuables hours.Another thing i learned was that success does not come from excuses. It comes from disciplne hard work and responsibility. This lesson was difficult for me because i had to face failure befores understanding it properly. But sometimes life teaches us through hard experiences so we never forget the lesson.
Do you think learning it that way made you a better person today.
Yes i truly believed learning this lesson the hard way mades me a better person today.Painful experiences often leave the strongest impacot on our lives. If i had not gone through that difficult time maybe i would still continue delaying important things and repeating the same mistakes. Now i understand the importance of responsibility and good time management.I feel more organizd and focused than before.I try to complete my tasks on time and avoid unnecessary dstractions.Because of this change i feel less stress and more confidnce in myself.Learning from mistakes also made me more mature.I became more careful about my decisions and actions.I also learned not to judge others quickly because everyone is fighting their own struggles and learning lessons in different ways.I thinking mistakes are not completely bad if we learn something valuable from them.Every dificult experienced can become a source of wisdom. Some lessons cannot be fully understood through words alone sometimes we must experience them personally. Although hard lesons can be painful they help shape our character and make us strongr for the future.Today i am thankful for the lesson i learned because it changed my thinking and habits in a positive way.It taught me discipline patience and responsibility. Most importantly it showed me that growth comes when we accept our mistakes and try to improve ourselves.
