On one hand technology is saving our times in many ways.In the past people had to travels long distances to send messages or get informations but now we can do everything within seconds.With the help of smartphones and the internet we can communicated with anyone around the world throughs calls messages or video chats.Online learnings is also a great examples of how technology saves time.Students can attend classes from home and learn new skills without wasting times on travel.Similarly online shopping allows us to buy things easily without going to markets which saves both times and energy.Many apps also help us manage our daily tasks set reminders and stayed organized.

On the other hand technology can also waste our times if we do not use it wisely.Social media is one of the biggest reasons for time wastage.Many peoples spend hours scrolling through videos watching reels or checking updates again and again without any real benefits. Online games and binge-watching movies or dramas can also takes up a lot of times especialy when people lose control and forgets their responsiblities.Notfications from apps also distractd us again and again making it difficults to focus on important worked or studies.

In my opinions technology itself is not bad it depends on how we use it.If we use technologies for learning workings and improving our skills it can be very helpful and save a lot of times.But if we use it only for entertanments and waste too much time on useless activities it can becomes harmful.We should set limits for using mobile phones and social media and try to spends more time on productive tasks.
