The purpose of CPR is to keep bliood and oxygen movings in the body until medical helps arrives.It can be used during heart attacks drowning electric shocks acidents or other emergencs.I believes CPR knowledge is important because emergencies can happend anywhere and at any time.A person may suddenly collapsed at home in school on the road or at work.In those moments every seconds is important.If nobody knows what to do the patient’s conditions may become worse.But if someone nearby knows CPR they can quickly helps and increasd the chances of survival.

Another importants thing is that CPR can save brain function.When the heart stops beatings oxygen does not reach the brain properly.Within a few minutes serious brain damage may happen.CPR helps continue blood flow and oxygen supply to the brain.This gives the patients a better chanced of recovery before professional treatment starts.I also think CPR knowledge gives confidence to people.Many peoples become afraid during emergencies because they do not know how to help.They panic and wait for others to takes action.But a person trained in CPR can stay calm and act quickly.This confidence can makes a big difference between life and death.

CPR knowledgd is not only useful for doctors and nurses.Everyone should learn it including students teachers parents drivers and offices workers.Even teenagers can learn basic CPR skills.If more people know CPR communites become safer and stronger.Peoples can help each other in dificults situations instead of feeling helpless.I once watched a video about a man who suddenly collapsd in a shoping mall because of cardiac arrest.Before the ambulance arrived a young woman nearby immediately started CPR.She continued chest compressions until medical staff reached the place.Doctors later said that her quick actions saved the man’s life.This story showed me how important CPR knowledge really is.

Learning CPR is not very difficult. Many hospitals schools and health organizations offer simple CPR training.In a short time people can learn how to check breathing call emergency services and perform chest compressions correctly.These simple skills may one day help save a family member friend or stranger.CPR training should be taught in schools and colleges.
