What 3 things do you like about Steemit Social Media Platform?

The first thing i like about Steemit is that it rewards users for their hard work and creativity. On many social media platforms people post content but do not get anything in return.On Steemit users can earn rewards through quality posts and engagement.This motivates people to write better articles and stay active.

The second thing i like about Steemit is the learning environment.Every day i read posts about education health agriculture technology travel art and many other topics.People from different countries share their experiences and knowledge.Because of this i learn many new things that help me in my daily life.

The third thing i like about Steemit is the supportive community.Many users encourage beginners and guide them kindly. Communities organize contests that help users improve their creativity and confidence.I have seen many people grow on this platform because of the support they receive from others.

Give reasons why you do.If you asked how you would want Steemit to be or change to what 3 things would they be?

If i were asked how i want Steemit to be there are three things i would like to improve.

The first thing is fairness in voting and curation.Sometimes good posts do not get enough support while some low-quality posts receive high rewards.I would like Steemit to become more balanced so that quality content always gets appreciated.This will encourage users to work harder and create meaningful posts.

The second thing i would like is better support for newcomers.Many new users join Steemit but leave because they do not fully understand how the platform works. I think there should be more beginner guides training programs and mentorship opportunities. Experienced users can help newcomers learn about posting commenting and growing on the platform.

The third thing i would like is stronger action against plagiarism and cheating.Some users copy content from others and this is unfair to honest writers.I want Steemit to become a platform where originality and honesty are highly respected.Strict rules against plagiarism can make the platform cleaner and more trustworthy.

I believe these changes can make Steemit even better and help more people enjoy using the platform.

What one thing do you think can be done on Steemit to prevent any case of injustices or favouritism?

One important thing that can help prevent injustice or favouritism on Steemit is transparency.Curators and moderators should clearly explain the reasons for their decisions especially when selecting posts for support.If users understand why some posts receive votes and others do not there will be less misunderstanding and fewer complaints.There should also be clear rules that apply equally to everyone.Whether a user is old or new famous or unknown everyone should be treated fairly.Quality content should always be the main reason for support.This can help build trust among users and create a positive environment on the platform.Another good idea is encouraging teamwork among curators.When several curators review content together personal bias becomes smaller.This can make the curation process more honest and balanced.

Yes if i were a curator i would still vote on your post if your content is good and follows the rules.Personal issues should never affect profesional responsibilitis.A curator’s duty is to support quality content fairly not to make decisions based on emotions or personal relationships.If curators stop supporting good posts because of personal disagreements it can create injustice and negativity on the platform.Steemit should be a place where fairness and respect are more important than personal feelings.At the same time users should also maintain respectful behavior and solve disagreements peacefully.Healthy communication can help avoid conflicts and create a friendly atmosphere for everyone. I believe maturity and fairness are very important qualities for anyone who has responsibility on Steemit.
