SLC-S28/W1-"Local Taste, Global Twist| Breakfast!"

How are you all? I hope you are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah. Today, I have come to participate in the first week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W1, organized by the Honorable teacher @ninapenda ma'am. She has brought us a delicious breakfast by converting local food to a global twist, whose name is "Local Taste, Global Twist!"| Creative Breakfast Challenge!". I feel proud to participate in this challenge.

Today, I am going to give a global twist to the local food suggested by respected teacher @ninapenda ma'am. The local food that I like to eat in the morning is fried bread with egg. The local name of this food is bombetos. It is usually used as breakfast. All that is needed to make this food is bread, egg, salt, and soybean oil.

Now I will make another new dish with a global twist to this food. That dish is called fresh toast. Fresh toast is a popular dish among the French.
Now I am presenting the tutorial of the new taste dish. Before giving the tutorial, I am presenting its ingredients.

Global food, which is called French toast
Ingredients to make the tometoes souce:-

| Milk | 1 small glass |
| Egg | 2 pieces |
| Onion | 1 chopped |
| Coriander leaves | chopped as much |
| Mint leaves | as much |
| Onion leaves | as much |
| Green chilies | 2 pcs |
| Turmeric powder | a little |
| Black pepper | a little |
🍲Tutorial of french toast
🍞Step 1:-
- I take a clean bowl. Then I chop an onion in a bowl.
- Now I chop coriander leaves, onion leaves, and mint leaves, and put them in a bowl.

🍞Step 2:-
- Now I take a little chili and turmeric in a bowl. And add as much salt.

- Now I break two eggs in the bowl, and mix them well with a spoon. Make sure that the egg yolks are mixed well.

- Now I add a small glass of milk and mix them well again.

🍞Step 5:-
- Now I put a frying pan on the stove and add a sufficient amount of oil. I add oil in such a way that my prepared food is complete, but no oil remains sticky.
When the oil is hot, I dip one bread slice in the egg mixture and dip both sides of the bread slice in it.

🍞Step 6:-
- I fry the soaked bread slices again in the hot oil. I fry them on medium heat. When one side is fried, I flip them over and fry the other side.

🍞Step 7:-
- I make four pieces of bread in the same way and fry them in a frypan, then take them out on a plate.

- Fried bread or French toast is very delicious to eat with chili sauce, so I took a picture of it with chili sauce in a bowl.

- I created a dish that adds a global twist to local food for the engagement challenge, so I wrote the name of the challenge on a piece of paper and presented it.

- Now I take a picture with the French toast I made.
What global element or idea did you add to give it a twist? |

I have added several ingredients to transform the simple local food we know as Bombettes into a global food. Like eggs, coriander leaves, mint leaves, onion leaves, turmeric, chilli. I have also used chilli sauce. I have also used oil, but I have used that oil in such a way that the food itself does not feel oily, and the taste of the toast remains intact.

How did the new version taste or look compared to the original? |

The original food or bombatoz is made with very few ingredients. I usually eat it for breakfast. Although bombatoz is delicious to eat, it is much less tasty than French toast. French toast has many more ingredients; each item has its own taste. When all the items were mixed and made into French toast, its taste changed; the new, fresh toast was truly incomparable to eat.

Local food
The original food looked good but was of ordinary quality. And the appearance of the new French toast also had a touch of nobility. There were coriander leaves, betel leaves, and mint leaves on each bread, and chili sauce on top. The French toast that brought a taste of novelty with every bite is truly incomparable.
What inspired your creativity in this dish? |

Creating new dishes definitely brings out your creativity. Today, I am very happy that I was able to create a new Sadh dish by giving a local dish a global look. A new door of creativity has opened. My family and children liked this new Sadh dish a lot, not only that, but they will have to make it French toast like this next time they order it. From their comments, I can understand that my creativity has been expressed. And I feel blessed to be involved in this work.
