Winter has begun. Many new vegetables arrive during winter. Every shop has a variety of vegetables. Vegetables are a very nutritious and healthy ingredient. During winter, we consume vegetables in different ways; sometimes we fry vegetables, cook various types of vegetables, and sometimes we make vegetable soup. In short, vegetables can be eaten in different ways, which we constantly consume.
Today I will prepare a popular recipe of Pakistan with different types of local vegetables. To prepare this recipe, I have used various types of vegetables, as well as a few spices and eggs.

What’s the name and story behind your signature dish?

Today, the Pakistani vegetable that I have prepared with local vegetables is called Pakistani Mixed Vegetarian Vegetables.
Although we prepare the vegetables with different vegetables in a local way, we never add eggs and blended tomatoes. But I found out that in Pakistan, this vegetable is made with various vegetables like capsicum, blended tomatoes, vegetable masala, pachforon, and eggs. So, to bring a global twist to the dish, I used eggs, blended tomatoes, and pachforon.
The tutorial for this delicious mixed vegetable is presented below. Before presenting the tutorial, I will introduce its ingredients. Below are the ingredients for the mixed vegetable: -

How does it reflect both your local roots and global imagination?

Today's vegetables are made completely with local ingredients. No complicated ingredients are added. Every ingredient is available at hand. I just added a few extra items to give a global twist to the local taste, which has made the food cross the borders of the country and become an international food. Along with this, the food test has also made many people happy.
I believe the vegetables prepared by me will help in increasing the food culture of the two countries even more.

What makes it stand out from every other dish you’ve made?-

The vegetable dish is unique because it has many vegetables added to it. Although many vegetables are also added to local vegetables, the taste has become different due to the addition of tomato paste, eggs, and panchphodan. Now it cannot be considered a local dish. Along with the nutritional value, many elders have also got it, and the vegetable has become a full-fledged dish by adding naan bread to it, which is perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. This is why the dish has taken a unique form.

If you could serve it to anyone in the world, who would it be and why?

If I get the opportunity to feed any user in the world the Pakistani vegetable dish I have prepared, I would like to serve it to the respected user of Pakistan, @mohammedfaisal bro. Because he is a Pakistani citizen and a very much skilled user. I made Pakistani vegetables for the first time, and only he can tell me how good it was. Also, I heard that he is a foodie. He likes to eat food from different places. A common user who is far away from Pakistan will definitely want to enjoy the fact that he has made a vegetable from their country, and will also be able to tell me how successful I am in cooking.
I am sure that I will get many important tips about cooking from him, which will increase my cooking skills even more. Which will help me cook more efficiently.
