Assalam O Alaikum! Trust my all friends are doing good. I am working good here. In this contest I will share my honest thought on given topic. Let's learn more.

The phrase in the midst of crisis means time when everything feels out of control. It is that moment when we do not understand what to do next. Our mind feel heavy and heart also feel pressure. Crisis can be anything. It can be financial problem, family issue and personal stress. I remember one time when I had some business problem. Nothing was working. That time I felt very confused and lost. In that situation small decisions feel difficult. Wr think again and again but still no clear answer. It is like standing in middle of storm. But I also think this time show our real strength. We understand who we are. We learn patience slowly. So for me, crisis is not only problem. It is test. It check our thinking, our faith and our courage in difficult time.

When I face crisis first thing I do this I stay quiet. I do not react fast. Because quick reaction sometimes make problem bigger. I try to calm my mind first. After that I think step by step. I ask myself what is the real problem. Then I try to find small solutions. Not big, just small steps. One time I had financial issue. I was very worried. But instead of panic, I sit down and made small plan. I reduced my expenses and focused on one thing at time. Slowly things became better. Also I talk with my friend. He always support me. When someone listen us half stress go away. I also believe in prayer. It give me peace and hope. So I handle crisis by staying calm, thinking slowly and taking small actions. It help me move forward.

I believe crises make people stronger, but it depend on person thinking. If someone lose hope then crisis can make them weak. But if someone stay strong then crisis make them better. I saw this clearly. When I faced problems I felt weak in start. But slowly I learned how to deal with things. It made me more patient. For example when I had business loss I thought everything is finished. But later I learned how to manage money better. That crisis teach me lesson. Crisis also show who is real with us. We understand people and relationships more clearly.

Yes, it is painful time. No one like it. But it also change us, It make us mature.
So I think crisis is like a teacher. It test us hard but also make us strong from inside.

From my difficult time, I learned different important lessons. The biggest lesson is patience. Nothing fix in one day. We have to wait and stay strong. I also learned that panic is not solution. When we panic we make wrong decisions. But when we stay calm we see better options. One more thing I learn importance of family. In my bad time, my friend support me a lot. He gave me hope when I was feeling down. That support changed my thinking. Now I am more careful in decisions. I do not rush. I think before acting. I also try to save money for future problems. That crisis made me more strong and responsible.
