"SC-S28/W6-Movie Highlights|"Feel-Good Finale" "Baby's Day Out"
Hello dear Steemian friends,
I am here to participate in the sixth week of the Steemit Challenge SLC-S28/W6 organized by @ruthjoe.
I have watched many Indian and foreign films in my life. Although I generally prefer action, suspense, and spy thriller films, sometimes I also enjoy good comedy films, and when I find such a film, I am very happy.
Watch a movie that brightens your mood or makes you laugh. Example movies
In this category, I would like to mention the foreign film "Baby's Day Out," which left a deep impression on me when I first watched it. I didn't blink for a single moment while watching it.
What was the moment in the movie that made you laugh or smile the most?
The part of the movie that made me laugh the most was when the criminal was hiding the baby in his coat, and the baby burned him with a lighter. That part was absolutely hilarious.
What made the movie feel comforting, enjoyable, or hopeful?
This film was released in the United States on July 1, 1994, by 20th Century Fox. It was a box-office flop in the USA, reportedly earning only $30 million internationally against a budget of $48 million, although it later gained worldwide appreciation. However, it was a commercial success in India.
The story is about Lauren and Bennington Austin's nine-month-old son, Bink, who lives in a mansion in Chicago and comes from a very wealthy family.
In the story, three clumsy criminals, Eddie Mancuso, Norby LeBlaw, and Veeko Riley, kidnap Bink by posing as newspaper baby photographers and demand a ransom. However, after the kidnapping, the criminals have difficulty controlling Bink in their apartment. Norby tries to lull him to sleep by reading him his favorite storybook, "Baby's Day Out," but falls asleep himself out of boredom, leaving Bink alone.
In the book, Bink sees a pigeon on a page and then sees a pigeon near the window. He follows it and escapes his kidnappers. During the chase, Eddie falls from the building and lands in a dumpster. Norby and Veeko rescue him, and they begin chasing Bink across the city.
Meanwhile, Bink finds another part of his book, which leads him to a blue bus, which he boards.
The criminals also begin chasing the bus in their van, but their attempts are futile.
Meanwhile, on the bus, Bink crawls into a woman's bag, who gets off at her stop a short time later. By the time the criminals reach the bus, they realize Bink isn't on it and chase after the woman, resulting in a scuffle.
In the ensuing chaos, Bink reaches a revolving door at the entrance of a department store and slips inside.
He then escapes from the store and, after a short taxi ride, disappears into the traffic.
The three criminals try to chase Bink, but suffer several injuries along the way.
Later, he arrives at the city zoo. The criminals are surprised to find him in the monkey enclosure with a Western Lowland Gorilla, who treats him in a friendly and fatherly manner and does him no harm.
The criminals corner Bink in the zoo park, but are confronted by two talkative police officers. During the conversation, Eddie hides the gun under his coat, but Bink snatches his cigarette lighter, setting Eddie's thigh on fire, and then slips away as the officers leave.
They chase Bink to a construction site, where they narrowly escape several life-threatening accidents.
Eventually, the criminals find themselves surrounded by the FBI and are arrested on kidnapping charges.

Would you recommend this movie to a friend who is feeling down?
Yes, I would recommend this movie to all my friends, whether they are in a bad mood or a normal mood. I guarantee they will be very happy after watching it.
How did this movie improve your mood or perspective?
This movie keeps the audience engaged from beginning to end, making them wonder what will happen next after every scene. The criminals' misfortune and the child's cleverness are very entertaining. All the actors in this film have played their roles very well. There were some scenes that kept the audience on the edge of their seats, but there was also plenty of humor throughout the film. Even today, whenever I have free time, I watch this movie on OTT platforms.
