Friends, how are you? I hope you are doing well, and my day is going well. Today I have come to participate in a different type of recipe contest. Today's contest is very interesting, where different types of recipes are prepared by us. So, let's start without wasting your valuable time.

• Take your favorite local street food and give it an international mix. Tell us the name of the street food and why? Show steps. Be detailed enough!

We see different types of stREE food on the streets, and nowadays we can easily find different types of stree food from small to large on the streets, especially we can see such stree food fairs at various street intersections in the evening, and the most common stREE food in Bangladesh is Muri Makha.

This muri makha has been popular for ages, and it is a street food that is loved by everyone, from children to the elderly. We also like to eat a packet of muri makha anytime in the park or on the road to spend our free time. We also like to eat the delicious oil-coated muri makha made by us.

In our country, muri makha is mostly made with oil. Here, the traditional mustard oil is used along with some spices, and if you add more than that, some chickpeas are added. This is the real taste of muri makha in our country. But today I have brought some international flavor to this muri makha, which is completely different.

Muri Makha is widely consumed in both India and Bangladesh, and in Bangladesh, Muri Makha is a must-have, especially during the month of Ramadan. Iftar is incomplete without Muri, and due to this trend, Saudi Arabia is now eating a lot of muri m, and this Muri Makha is gradually becoming popular in Saudi Arabia.

The Muri makha that I have made today is according to the Indian trend. Here, I have tried to give a different taste to the muri makha without using any oil, where I have added vegetables using a few vegeta and simple methods. It is very beneficial for health and is made in a much healthier way, which is called Vegetable with Muri Makha.

The ingredients I will need to make today's Muri Makha are presented below.

Required materials👇🏾

●Fresh Muri
●Tomato Sauce
● Beet Salt
● Tomato
● Cucumber
● Lemon
●Coriander

• Which country or culture inspired your combination? Give a clear explanation of your inspiration.

The muri makha made from my inspiration has imitated the Indian culture today because the people of India love to eat murimakha or muri with such vegetables, and also apart from India, I said some people are trying to eat such muri makhas in Saudi Arabia and their month of Ramadan, but today my recipe is mainly made focusing on Indian food. Which is a food that is central to India, and the name of this muri makha is Vegetable with muri, that is, this muri makha made with a very colorful combination is quite delicious to look at and eat, and is also useful and beneficial for the body.

• What new flavor, or presentation did you create?

Since most of the muri paka is made with oil in our country, I have added some vegetables and tomato sauce as a new recipe which is very tasty and the amount of spiciness here is very less only from beet salt we can get spiciness besides it is definitely ready to add a different dimension and taste also we do not see too much spiciness added in the outside food which is much more tasty and it is very suitable for everyone from young to old.

• How do you think people would react if this food was sold on the street? Explain!

Where I first said that in our country, the oiling muri makha eats, first of all, oil is used, and various types of spices are used in mustard oil to make it a little tasty, and chickpeas are added as an additional food. If the muri makha that I have made today is sold, then people in our country will definitely be tempted by it and will definitely try it because the people of Bangladesh are nowPeople have become more health conscious and they try to find health conscious or healthy foods in different foods where I have added different types of vegetables in the muri makha and here there is no use of other spices or much oil so it is much more delicious and healthy so the people of Bangladesh will definitely appreciate this muri makha that I have made and they will want to eat such foods again and again because such foods do not harm their health and are quite beneficial in maintaining the level of deliciousness.

Hola, luce muy saludable, me gusta este tipo de comidas con vegetales aunado al hecho de que no sea aceitosa. Estupendo conocer un poco más de las culturas de esa parte del mundo.
