Honestly, I like participating in recipe competitions a lot. But I really liked this week's subject Creative Street-food Challenge! I have made Vegetable Noodles today. I think this recipe is a very popular street food. I think this recipe is a very popular dish for everyone these days. When people are walking on the street and need food, it will be very good to eat this food hot. That is why I have made this recipe. Today I have made a local street food of ours. The name of this food is Vegetable Noodles. Which is available in our street food shops here. This recipe is very popular here and internationally. Even everyone likes to eat this recipe. It is especially popular as an evening snack. Below I have shared step by step how I made this recipe.

Details :
First, I chopped the vegetables into small pieces and cleaned all the vegetables thoroughly.
Then I put a pan on the stove. Then I poured water into it. Then I dropped the noodles into it. After the noodles boiled for a while, I took them off the stove and drained the water.
Then I put a pan on the stove again. I added some oil to it. Then I added chopped onion and chopped green chili. Then I stirred them well.
Then I added chopped cabbage, chopped carrots, chopped tomatoes, all the vegetables. I stirred them a little and fried them well.
Then I add spices and an egg here. I'll stir these well and fry them.
Then I added chopped coriander leaves to it. Then I stirred it well and fried it for a while.
Then I added the noodles to it. I added the noodles and then slowly mixed them well with the vegetables.
Then I added the noodles' spices and tomato sauce. Then I stirred them together and fried them well. Once they were fried, I removed them from the stove.

The combination of this recipe for my Vegetable Noodles is most inspired by East Asian cooking styles. This recipe is especially made in Chinese and Indo Chinese style. I was mainly inspired by the colorful vegetables used in Chinese noodles. With which I adapted it according to my own taste and used some mild spices here. So that its flavor makes the noodles absolutely amazing. And this combination inspired me because it is simple, neat and maintains the distinct taste of East Asian cooking. I tried to highlight these things in the recipe.

I tried to bring innovation in this recipe. I also tried to present it in a balanced and colorful way, especially Ershad. Compared to the usual noodles, I used a mixture of different vegetables. I think this mixture of vegetables has added more flavor to this dish. The taste has a light desi spice flavor. Along with that, the noodles have their own soft and smooth texture. Which together have created a beautiful flavor. Again, in terms of presentation, I tried to cook the vegetables in a way that retains their color. So that I can arrange them on a plate and make them more attractive to become noodles.

I think if this food was sold on the street, people's reaction would be much more positive. Because I think noodles are a food that everyone loves. Moreover, the vegetable noodles I make are lightly spiced and have a wonderful flavor. People usually look for delicious and hot food while walking on the street. But because of these colorful vegetables, it looks much more attractive and these noodles can fully meet their needs. Even with its taste and flavor, I think people will want a little more. And it will meet people's needs.
