Guava is a really good fruit to have

I'm really thinking of doing some guava pastries for this weekend, we all know that Easter is next week and so maybe it could be a nice recipe for me and my family. Because during Easter, everyone comes over, we go to church, as Christians is mainly about death of Christ so we come back and we have a nice meal and show love. It's almost like second Christmas. So maybe guava pastries will be a good snack.

I’m obsessed with the floral notes in the pink ones, it’s like being able to eat a natural perfume. I'm starting to think that pink guava is just nature’s version of a bubblegum. The flavor is actually very nice.

I don't remember a morning where I had guava and wasn't happy. It’s a simple fruit, but it’s a good one that we usually overlook for more exotic ones like grapes. I eat guava and mangoes a lot and would recommend others too because one guava equals four apples so adding that to your diet, if they say apple a day keeps the doctor aware, then it's times 4 with guava.

You including just one medium fruit in your routine can meaningfully enhance your overall wellbeing. I’ve even noticed a real improvement in my skin since I started eating one almost every afternoon.

I like guava when it is a bit hard, it’s perfect when it’s crunchy like an apple. White guavas are the best for that mix of sweetness and crunch. A little bit of chili and salt on a semi ripe guava is a perfect snack no argument. The magnesium really helps me relax my muscles and nerves after a long day. It’s also the best for my glucose levels, I can enjoy the sweetness without the sugar spike. Growing up, picking guavas from the tree was the best thing we did so it tastes like childhood.
