I use Oat cereal for weight gain

When you eat oat cereal instead of eating something like bread that will only fill you up for several hours, I agree that it is more time consuming to prepare the oats before you eat. Whether you eat a large bowl or mix it with other nutrients sources like from full fat milk and peanut butter, I think that oat cereal fills you up for much longer. Most people have a difficult time gaining weight because they consistently eat food that does not give them enough calories, it's mostly light foods or foods that are low calorie.

Oat cereal is different because it has protein and fiber which are both needed for your body to function well. When I made my bowl of oat cereal today, my spoon started having trouble moving through the peanut butter because of the amount that I put into my bowl. This was just my goal of the study on body size and how long the body takes to work off the food. So I've been eating it for about two weeks now.

I think that you shouldn't expect to add body mass if you are not eating enough. To add mass, you have to eat a lot of calories. Most people real don't like the consistency of thick foods. I myself get sick of food for easily, I don't like eating too much.

Anyone that is interested in adding weight can add carbohydrates to thicken up their body. The great thing about having a food source like thick foods is that the energy remains for a good amount of time. The cost of buying supplements that give energy and do not work is more than most people should spend. Even though I bought a large can of oat cereal, the price of buying a large tin of oats has really increased. Also the milk is becoming greater and so many times I run out of milk.
