In this contest I chose to talk about organic farming, Organic farming continues to remind us of the importance of nature and the value of growing things the right way. One good example is the palm tree, which you can see above. It produces the palm fruit used in making palm oil and palm kernel oil. These trees are important economically, they are also a strong symbol of agriculture and sustainability in many African communities.
Many years ago we planted this tree at the back of our house, it took some time before it developed and started yielding fruits.

One cool thing about organic farming is how it helps preserve the land for future generations. Instead of damaging the soil with harmful substances, it encourages sustainable practices that keep the environment healthy and productive. Palm farming done organically can also support local communities by providing food, oil, income, and employment opportunities.

In the end, organic farming is not only harvesting your produce, it is about respecting nature and understanding the connection between the land, the farmer. The palm tree stands as a perfect example of how nature, when cared for properly, can continue to give back for generations.

And this tree happens to be at the back of my house which I find so happy. I still remember the year it was planted.

Saludos apreciada amiga. Ciertamente el aceite de palma es un producto muy comercial a nivel mundial pero también se puede cultivar de manera orgánica y así darle un desarrollo sustentable a nuestras futuras generaciones. Bendiciones para ti
