The parrot that called people names. Mr. Bala is a well-known figure in his community, known for his friendliness and kindness towards people. He loved taking greats in the compound.
Mr. Bala traveled to the east and bought a parrot, which he brought into his community and decided to take good care of them. He introduced his household to the parrot and anyone who visited him he always introduced the person to the parrot because he wanted the parrot to be kind, and speak for him whenever he was not around or sleeping.
The parrots grew wiser and wiser to the point that they could call people names, greet people, and communicate with people. The parrots speak to people by using a specialised, Y-shaped organ called a syrinx to produce sounds.
People thought the parrots only made squawk sounds and they didn't call people names. Some people in the community began doubting the parrots and decided to go see things for themselves at Mr. Bala's house.
Upon their arrival at Mr. Bala's house, the parrot called them one after another and they became surprised. They didn't stop by being surprised alone, they got interested in buying a parrot also.
Wow! It is amazing that the bird has acquired the ability to remember people's names and speak. All this is the result of Mr. Bala's love and training. Indeed this story showed that with love and patience not only humans but also animals can learn amazing skills. It is nice to think that the bird not only greeted but also interacted with people. Its behavior made people in the community interested as well. Having such birds in the house will really make the environment friendly and pleasant.
