This is about a small cat that went hiding because of a dog. A popular thing people, especially Nigerians, say about cats and dogs is, "cat and dog they no dey settle."
My friend had a dog in his house before he bought a cat. There was no issue with the dog, but suddenly, when the cat arrived, issues started coming up between the dog and the cat. The cat doesn't feel comfortable seeing the dog because he sees the dog as a threat to his life.
Whenever my friend is around, the cat feels a little comfortable and hanging himself around my friend, but the moment he leaves the house for work, the cat immediately disappears into hiding where the dog can't find him.
The cat kept doing that until one day when my friend came back from work and searched for the cat without finding him. I joined him in searching for the cat, which we did, but we couldn't find him until the next day, when he came out from his place of hiding.
From that moment, I told my friend to buy a cage for his dog and for his cat, and to separate them and lock them in their cages whenever he goes out, since both of them cannot stay together. He followed my advice and started locking them.
