Carrots are mostly water surprising facts I didn't know
Carrots are so interesting. One time I was chopping carrots and there was a weird liquid on my knife. I thought it was some weird carrot substance and I started thinking about how weird carrots are. I love the sound of fresh carrots crunching and I love it when they clear my throat.
When it is hot outside and you eat crunchy carrots it is so refreshing like you are drinking cold water. If you bang a carrot on the table it will make a really loud noise and it's funny because they are almost like a sponge. I always thought the only fruit that had a lot of water in it was the watermelon which if I'm being truthful, I like way more than carrots. The fact that a carrot is so sponge like being a root was really strange to. I had to go search on Google whether it's true, so many have said the same thing and I even asked Gemini and chatgpt whether that was true. They said 86% to 90% of the carrot depending on the age or type is water.

If I have some carrots and I let them sit for a while I don't want to eat them because they get soft and disgusting. I like the feeling of eating a carrot because it gives you a feeling that you are enjoying something and at the same time you are giving your body the nutrients it needs. When I was kid I really hated carrots a lot because I thought this is food for rabbits not me. I can't blame myself, every single cartoon I watched which had a rabbit in it, 9 out of 10 times that rabbit was eating carrots.

But knowing now the value of good natural food, I really love them.
