Coffee prices have gone up

If there's no special food to have not just as breakfast but also in the evening when I'm hungry it's coffee m I'm a coffee person and in as much the coffee brands are a bit still affordable, the raw ones are not. I saw this coffee plant and not everyone bothers to look at the raw plants that make the processed ones.

The price of coffee is now at an all time high and farmers who left coffee farming are coming back. What is happening now is a return to coffee farming by many of these farmers. Many of these farmers do not want to come back, but they have returned because of current high prices and the previous low prices have forced them to find other crops to grow. Coffee was a very bad market to be in for many years prior to this year.

The low prices that countries like Brazil and Vietnam had experienced because of poor climatic conditions have caused a supply reduction, and that has also led to an increase in coffee prices.

Currently coffee trees take between three and five years to mature before they begin producing coffee beans that can be harvested for sale. So although farmers are currently reestablishing coffee farms, there will be no increase in coffee supply until 2030 at the earliest.

The gap left by this price increase affects how long these prices will remain stable. For many smallholders, their recent crop yield will give them a decent level of income. Even more importantly, the climate impacts that have happened in Brazil and Vietnam because of some severe droughts will also affect other countries in similar ways. There is both a supply lag and a risk lag. Farmers are going back to grow coffee, while at the same time the conditions necessary for growing coffee in specific regions are becoming increasingly unpredictable.
