I hope you are doing great friends. Today I am participating in this contest. And I have chosen the topic "Weather". In this post I will share some important points about weather and its impact on agriculture.

Weather is a very important part of our lives. And especially in the field of agriculture. Its importance increases manifold. A farmer's hard work his hopes and his success all depend on the weather. If the weather is Great the crops flourish. But if the weather turns bad all the hard work can be wasted. That is why it is very important to understand the weather and plan accordingly. First of all we should understand what the weather is. Weather refers to the daily condition of the atmosphere of a particular place. Such as temperature wind rain humidity and sunshine etc. All these factors together form the weather of a particular day or time. The weather does not always remain the same. But keeps changing with time. And this change affects human life and agriculture.
Pakistan is such a beautiful country. That Allah Almighty has been blessed with four seasons. And for this guys we should thank Allah a million times. There are many countries in the world where only one type of weather is found. There are some areas where it is very cold all year round. There is snowfall and the sun is rarely seen. Similarly there are some countries where it is very hot all year round. The land remains dry and life becomes very difficult. But in Pakistan we get four beautiful seasons like spring summer autumn and winter. Which not only makes our life beautiful. But are also very useful for agriculture.

• Spring season is a pleasant season. It is neither too hot nor too cold. New leaves appear on the trees flowers bloom and greenery is seen everywhere. This season is very important for farmers. Because during this time many crops start growing. The environment is also clean and pleasant. Which gives peace to the heart and mind of a person.

• Summer season is quite harsh in Pakistan. Especially in the months of May and June. During this time the temperature becomes very high. Some crops like cotton rice and corn are grown in the summer season. But if the heat increases excessively. It can also be harmful to the crops. Water scarcity drying of the soil. And wilting of plants are common problems that arise during the summer season. Therefore farmers have to take special precautions during this season.

• Then comes the rainy season. Which usually lasts from July to September. During this season there are rains that irrigate the land and help in the growth of crops. Rain is a natural source of water that is very important for the fields. But if the rain is excessive floods can occur. Which destroy crops and farmers have to suffer heavy losses. Therefore the rainy season is both beneficial and dangerous.

• The winter season lasts from November to February. In this the temperature drops and fog also covers some areas. Important crops like wheat are grown during this season. If the winter is suitable. The crop is very good. But if it is too cold or foggy. The crop can be affected. During this season farmers have to take special care of both their crops and animals. Weather affects not only crops but also animals. In extreme heat animals become weak and milk production decreases. Similarly in winter special care is required to protect animals from diseases. Therefore it is important for farmers to take care of their animals according to the season.

In today's era climate change has become a big problem. Earlier the seasons used to come in a sequence. But now they have become irregular. Sometimes rain does not come on time. Sometimes there is unusual heat. And sometimes the cold decreases. All this is the result of environmental pollution and human activities. This is having the greatest impact on farmers. Because they directly depend on the weather. Weather forecasting has become very easy these days. With the help of modern technology. We can already know what the weather will be like in the coming days. This benefits farmers a lot. Because they can make better decisions for their crops. Such as when to water. When to sow seeds and when to harvest. Guys we should thank Allah Almighty for giving us a country where all four seasons exist. These seasons not only make our lives beautiful. But also give us the opportunity to grow different types of crops. We should appreciate these blessings. And keep the environment clean. So that the weather system remains good.
