The Rabbit Who Challenged the River!!

Long time ago,

In a forest filled with tall trees and where birds loved to sing there special songs, there lived a clever rabbit named Tasha.

Tasha was known to be a fast thinker, in the past he has exhibited such traits. In tasha's mind, he believed he was clever than every other animal in that forest.

A particular dry season came, the animals experienced some problems such as Rivers drying up, crops were not growing due to insufficient water therefore they lacked food to eat.

The only surviving River in the forest at that time became too wide to cross. And on the other side across the River grew fruits, crops and fresh grass, but no one could reach them because of the River barrier.

One by one animals began to starve to death and fear gripped them all, the animals remaining all rushed to that River. When they gathered, The elephant on his own tried to cross but was pushed back by the strong current of the River, The monkey tried his turn from branch to branch but could not reach the other side.

Every one of them tried to cross the River but failed, they all became very sad.

The crocodile refused to help because he doesn't want to be blamed if anything went wrong.

Seeing this, Tasha the rabbit laughed.
"Move aside," he said. "I can solve this problem myself."

He ran to the Riverbank and stared at the rushing water as if he wanted to dive into it to swim through. For the first time, he realized that clever words alone can not build a bridge or solve the problem at hand.

He became very calm and sat down thinking, he came up with an idea and shared it amongst all the animals with him there and immediately they all dispatched.

The beaver arrived carrying sticks. The elephant brought logs. The monkey gathered vines. All the animals did their parts bringing different materials to contribute. Even the crocodile offered to hold the logs steady in the water.

Working together, the animals built a strong bridge across the River. They worked tirelessly, When the bridge was finished, all the animals crossed safely and enjoyed the fruits, grass and crops on the other side. They even packed some to their homes.

Tasha the rabbit lowered his ears in embarrassment.
"I thought I could do everything alone," he said.

The wise tortoise smiled and said, "Intelligence is valuable, but wisdom knows when to ask for help."

From that day on, Tasha remained clever, but he never forgot that the greatest achievements often come from cooperation.

Moral lesson

No matter how talented, gifted, intelligent or skilled you are, working together can accomplish what no one can do alone.

So always ask for help when you need it, don't die in silence.
