Basic Knowledge in Agriculture #78
Greetings you dear all friends and steemians. I hope you are doing well and enjoying a peaceful day guys. Today I am excited to participate in a contest focused on climate change organized by @hive-118902 for creating important contest. I'm your steemian @steemsial and today here to complete this contest.
Climate change is a challenge that affects us all. In this contest I will share my some ideas and awareness about the climate changes in our environment. The climate changes is effecting us all humans and other living things which are related or connected with us. So it is cleared that climate change affect us all.
[1-Explain in detail the term climate change!]
Climate change refers to long term shifts in the Earth's temperature, weather patterns, and environmental conditions. While the climate has naturally changed over millions of years, the term today usually points to the rapid changes caused by human activities, especially since the Industrial Revolution.
What are climate changes?
Climate changes refers to any change in temperature, wind change, change in water temperature, change in climate temperature means in summer season the temperature is too much high in some areas of our country while in the winter there is below to 0 degree temperature in some areas of our country. This is climate change. Also ozone layer is effecting our climate too much.
•Rising global temperatures.
•Changing rainfall patterns.
•More frequent extreme weather events.
•Melting glaciers and rising sea levels.
At the core of climate change is the Greenhouse Effect. The sun sends energy to the earth. Our earth absorb some of the energy and reflect back the amount of energy back to the space. Greenhouse gases trap part of this heat in the atmosphere keeping the planet warm.
Main causes of climate changes?
Using coal, oil, and gas for energy releases large amounts of carbon dioxide (CO₂).Trees absorb CO₂ Cutting them down reduces this natural protection and increases emissions. Factories release greenhouse gases like methane and nitrous oxide. Livestock farming produces methane, a powerful greenhouse gas.
[2-What is the importance of climate change?]
climate change itself isn't important because it's good it's important because understanding it is essential for survival, planning, and protecting life on Earth. Climate change shapes the future of our planet. Recognizing its importance helps individuals, governments, and societies make better decisions.
•Protecting the environment-
Plants and animals struggle to adapt to rapid changes. Coral reefs are dying due to warming oceans. Forests face droughts and wildfires
Understanding climate change helps us protect biodiversity and natural balance.
•Human health and safety-
Due to climate changes the human health and safety is under high risk. Sudden change in environment and climate can also cause some serious disease in human beings. Rising temperatures and extreme weather events (heat waves, floods) increase the risk of diseases, food shortages and water scarcity.
For countries like Pakistan, this is especially critical due to floods, heat waves, and agricultural dependence.
•Food security-
Climate change affects agriculture by changing rainfall patterns. Too much rainfall also effects crops and produce disease in crops, vegetables and fruits. This can also produce the shortage of food. Too much rainfall or rain before time can effect the production of food. Causing droughts or floods also effects the production of food and effect the fields of crop. Even sometime our country exports the food from other countries fie to shortage of food. Reducing crop yields.
This threatens the global food supply and increases hunger risks.
•Water resources-
Glaciers are melting and rainfall patterns are shifting:
Some regions face severe drought
Others experience excessive flooding
This makes clean water access uncertain, especially in vulnerable regions.
| Now I would like to invite some of my dear Steemians for joining this contest @sadaf02 @maryam86 @m-princess @suboohi , @solperez , @iffatilyas. |

Your post is written in a simple and understandable way, especially you have explained the important topic like climate change in simple words which is useful for everyone. You have explained well the causes such as factory smoke, deforestation and the impact of agriculture, which makes it clear that this problem is connected to all of us. Similarly, your words on human health, food and water issues sound very close to reality, especially with regard to countries like Pakistan. Images also made the post more clear and interesting. Overall this is a good and informative sharing that creates awareness, well done.

You have prepared a very wonderful and good post. The post about climate change is very easy to read and written in good words. which I can read very easily. While reading this post. I found it very interesting and good because it specifically describes the effects and harms of climate change. which is an important part of our lives. I explained it very clearly. The effects of smoke from factories. particles and deforestation have been explained well through this post. It is really very interesting to read. All the problems are connected to us. If we understand this. then somehow we can maintain human health by providing food and water. You have talked about very real things that we do not understand. Your post is very well written. Along with the pictures. it is also very beautiful to look at. Thank you for sharing good information. from which we have learned and gained awareness about all these things.
