Contest Alert | Animal Activities #54: Squirrel

I will continue my participation in this contest about animals. Actually animals all around us, we can have some pets or see them outside on streets or parks. When Today I was looking through the window I have noticed this little guest on our wall, it was a grey squirrel, it had no problem bring so close to people and also despite of some noises from cars and people. Also, when I was looking through the window it was running towards me, of course, it did not see me but just the wall was from the back yard to the window. When I saw it I stopped moving so that I do not scare it. Luckily I had my phone in my hand and managed to make a picture. It was not very close because I had no time to zoom it I Just wanted to capture it.
Last few days the weather is slowly getting warmer across UK and while outside we could see many trees with buds, the days are a bit longer so that the plants are ready for spring, although it is still two months of winter.
When we were outside on our walk later today we went through the park and saw many of those little squirrels, they were running on ground but also climbing from one tree to another and even when there were many people with dogs it made hesitations for these little fellows.
I remember in autumn we put a little feeding station for bird but when we noticed that squirrels also visiting that station then we started to put some nuts too I think maybe because of that they still visiting our garden just to check if there is any food. We did not put any food recently but it looks like they still are able to find some food and not really look hungry.
It was a nice day and for me was looking like already in spring.
