Does it mean people would sometime gather outside to see their favourite actors?

Yeah right? Woodmarks is a great place for several events and shows.

It is mostly upcoming actors that gather there while a few stars visit once in a while. Maybe you would visit there if you ever get to Visit Abuja, Nigeria. Thanks for checking out my entry @sarahraudhah.
