For this challenge I visite very busy and professional electronic repair shop located in the basement of Board Bazar.

This shop is well known in Board Bazar for repairing different kinds of electronic and electrical items. Because it is in the basement many people do not notice it but it is always full of customer

Shop Atmosphere & Facilities

From my photos you can see that the shop is small but very busy and fully equipped. The walls and shelves are filled with fans motors wires switches chargers power supplies iron boxes and spare part

There are:

• Proper work tables

• Repair tools

• Testing machines

• Shelves full of electronic parts

The shop looks crowde but this show how much works they receive every day.

This repair shop repair many thing such as:

• Electric fans

• Iron machines

• Mobile chargers

• Power supplies

• UPS & inverter

• Lights and electrical boards

• Small home appliances

In my visit I saw technician repairing fan charger power board and iron machine

Prices & Affordability

The prices are very reasonable especialy compared to buying new items. For example

Fan repair:	300–500 PKR
Charger repair:	200–400 PKR
Iron machine repair:	400–700 PKR

Here 1 STEEM = 16 PKR so this shop saves a lot of money for customers.

They also give discounts to regular customer

My Personal Experience

The technicians were very focused and hardworking. One of them was testing a power supply while another was fixing a fan motor. They carefully open devices repair the problem and test everything before giving it back.

I felt that this shop is:

• Honest

• Skillful

• Affordable

• Reliable
