You have to go to your wallet. Click on it, and on the dropdown, click transfer. In the 'To' column, put it steembasicincome. The amount is 1 Steem. In the memo, put the name of the person you want to share the SBI with - for example @soandso
You can also enter contests to win shares. You can find many of this using the tag #steembasicincome
Oh, I forgot to add that it might take about a week for them to process your application.
