Dzaleka Youth congress was initiated on 20 September 2015 in Dowa district, Dzaleka refugee camp
Mission of Dzaleka Youth Congress
-uplifting the youths through their talents.
Objectives
-creating multi-ethnically network of youths in Dzaleka, its surrounding village and in the world
-involving youths in the community development and make young people realise their roles in the community.

Overview of Dzaleka Youth congress

zaleka youths congress has been created by students of Hem-University in dzaleka after getting knowledge got about youth worker and community development courses. Youths were considered as trouble makes and thieves.

-Models team
-Hairdressers training
-local fitness team(gym)
-football team(netball,basket and tennis)
-Dancers crew(punishes)
-Drama group (Ugambona zene) means you will see me today comedy group.
