Steem-bet

Most people on Steem already know the dapp called steem-bet that did promise a new era for gambling on the Steem blockchain. With dividends and the possibility to stake tokens, etc...
After a few weeks it became clear the amount of tokens that was announced suddenly got diluted by 4 and there went the foresight of some nice dividends for the early adopters. This was already a red flag for me. But I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt.
Now today I wanted to check how the progress of the dividends is coming, and this is the page I am getting... Not really the best news, I guess...

Is this the exit scam we all were expecting?
