Hello @wickedweapon ! well this is strange, I don't really know the reason that might be causing this, For me it do not appear couse the post is mine, but I think it is appearing normally to others, are you having the same issue with others posts ?

Not with all but some posts do not have the resteem option.
Thats really odd, I think I have already find myself in a situation like that too but I didn't really payed atention to it, I'll try to understand why this happen, please keep me updated if you observ the same issue in other posts so I could try to understand a pattern
