Marriage is a lifetime journey of no return. It is union instituted by God and not man. This is why we always need to consult God for His guidance for a peaceful and successful marriage. I totally agree with you that we need to work with the Holy Spirit for a successful marriage:

When you know how to hear, listen, obey and work with the Holy Spirit, it makes your Marriage peaceful, even if there are challenges, the Holy Spirit gives you the solution.
