The business of the gospel

Hello brothers God bless you, today I want to share a topic that may sound controversial since I will present the gospel seen from a business or work focus in the good sense of the word, I hope this posts is to your liking and becomes a blessing in their lives improving their actitid and contribution in the work.

I would like to start this post by taking a phrase from the Lord Jesus Christ when I was still a child to call for reflection. Do we not know that in our Father's business we need to be? Lucas2: 49
The gospel is one of the largest companies in the world, which like any organization is made up of different positions to occupy for each one of the people who become part of this great family; because you can also say that it is the largest family business that can come into existence.

Like any family business that fights and fights with large consortiums throughout the world, it has many challenges to face in order to achieve the objectives set by its senior, flat executive team that is shaped and presided over by the Father Son and Holy Spirit.
Every business has a main reason to work to achieve the goals, in this case the main reason is that the name of our Lord Jesus Christ is known in every corner of the planet and that every man knows that only by Jesus we can achieve salvation, reason that is done so that we can all be saved from perdition.
In order for our family business to continue producing it has the need to have a resource that has the autonomy to decide if it is involved or not, and this resource is none other than the human resource, the human resources department has a great task to perform and this is why this department has a large number of managers (Pastors) in this department who have the function of placing the staff in the indicated position depending on the gift that God placed on each human being for honor and glory of his name.

This is the company that has more human potential but we can also take a profile with which we can guide ourselves to have a quality control, the example we are going to take today is a pioneer and one of the biggest employees with whom this industry has counted, and it is none other than the apostle Paul being one of the best examples to follow when working in this company.
The apostle Paul throughout his career in the gospel business shows us what we must do to be an outstanding employee where I will mention some aspects that we can notice in the following reading.
"Greeks and Greeks are no longer wise, I am debtor, so I am about to announce the gospel also to you who are in Rome, because I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God to salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. "
Romans 1: 14-16

In the first place we can mention the sense of belonging, commitment and responsibility to preach the Gospel to all men without making any kind of disparagement, so we must be responsible with this commitment we acquired from the first moment we decided to follow Christ having communion with Him
In the second place we must be willing to work at all times, which means total availability to work, as it was Paul who did his job with pleasure and voluntarily all the time.
Thirdly, do not feel any shame for the work we do, often we are not happy to share the word of God because of being ashamed, crazy and naive, we must keep in mind the example of Paul being a person important I do not underestimate his work for what others think but he knew and recognized the great value of doing this activity.

One of the essential characteristics that we must possess is mentioned in the following verse:
"Having previously suffered and been outraged in Philippi, as you know, we had courage in our God to announce to you the gospel of God in the midst of great opposition."
1 Thessalonians 2: 2
The courage is one of the characteristics that should describe the members of this payroll, it is essential to announce the gospel despite the opposition that may arise because of men, Paul recognized the importance of boldness that should be for a commune to give the gospel despite the great opposition.
All of us who are part of the family of faith occupy a position in this company so we must comply with what we expect to do in it and for it, that is why it is necessary that we recognize our attributions and obligations in this organization to be able to contribute with the main purpose of this company and that we can take the example of Pablo endeavoring to carry out this unparalleled work.
