John 6:32-35

32 Jesus said to them, “Very truly I tell you, it is not Moses who has given you the bread from heaven, but it is my Father who gives you the true bread from heaven. 33 For the bread of God is the bread that comes down from heaven and gives life to the world.”
34 “Sir,” they said, “always give us this bread.”
35 Then Jesus declared, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.

It is very important for believers to understand when Jesus told us that He is the bread of life, when Jesus made this statement He was thinking of several things at once which were very strong and had great significance for the disciples who were directing:

Bread was one of the main foods in the diet of the Jews. Bread more than a food was a lifestyle, which should be the same for us:

Thinking about bread was something that included many areas of social life, the manufacture of bread took so much time and effort of many Jewish men and women who were dedicated precisely to make the daily bread to feed the children, the elderly, to adults, to men, to women, to foreigners, to Jews, to Romans, to Greeks and to everyone who passed through the cities of Israel in the time of Jesus.

This is something very beautiful on the part of the Lord, right? Jesus the bread of life would not be the private property of anyone, his food work to the entire world without limits of age, sex, nationality.

Jesus knew that after his death and having risen from the dead in his glorious resurrection He would become for many not only his Savior, or only the forgiver of his sins but also in his

reason to live, his motivation, eternal strength and The Name of Jesus would be so rooted in the hearts of his followers that the vast majority would occupy day and night working, creating, writing, in a few words feeding and feeding others with heavenly bread: Jesus Christ.

The great truth that many have not understood is that knowing Jesus really lifts you up, revives you, gives you a new reason to live. Not having Jesus leaves us empty, when Jesus comes into our lives, fills us, nourishes us and this nourishment gives us the strength to continue to a life full of satisfaction.

John 15:16

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.

His word says that He calls us, He has chosen us first, if you are in Jesus, or just curious about approaching Him, it is simply and simply because Jesus has chosen you, and is calling you. You are being given the privilege of feeding on Him:

Eating of Him goes beyond a beautiful ritual. This leads to a life of constant spiritual growth in search of the truth, always seeking to be imitated by Jesus Christ.

If you do not feed on Him, nothing that replaces the bread of life will calm your restlessness, (you eat and you do not fill yourself, you try to be happy taking care of your things, but you will never achieve happiness).Every day we need to feed on the Bread of life is the only way to sustain our Spirit.

Jesus names himself "bread of life" and he knows that without him we are nothing, we would perish without his presence, without nourishing them daily with his word and his love, and without having in our spirit that divine touch of the bread that came down from the sky.

If you feel hungry for Him, you can come right now and just close your eyes in respect and adoration and tell Him, Jesus, my bread of life, give me of you.

Heavenly Father creator of all things, great you are Lord, beloved Jesus today we come to you hungry for you, you are my bread of life, give me you sir and satisfy me, calm my being and make me a better person every day, than your Spirit Fill my being. We give you all the Glory and Honor and we ask you to be with us at all times because without you we are nothing. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
