Question. If some one is using posts and videos from another website that is not theirs and they are putting a link at the bottom of the post to the site that owns the content but still getting paid for work that is not theirs is that still plagirism?

Videos are allowed unless they claim it is theirs and it isn't. Copy/pasting more than a small part of an article with quoting is frowned upon and may be flagged even if a source is given.
This page has entire writen recipes and videos uploaded one after the other spamming up the food feed and getting paid on them.
