If I move back to the United States, I definitely want to start attending the conferences by Steem Creators, @steemcafe and @larrymorrison.
I want to encourage you to see the current downtrend in Steem as an opportunity @jongolson, an opportunity to finish your goal of acquiring 5,000 Steem Power.
If Steem was at $5.00 - $10.00 USD you may not have been able to reach your goal. So this might be what you asked for!
oh i’m on it lol bought a litecoin worth of steem today :) its much easier to do at these prices lol

I am going to try and invest $500 USD at 0.20 and lower. It isn't a guarantee that it will go that low but it is a possibility.
I hope I can acquire 2,000+ Steem for that amount this year! @jongolson
oh for sure. it’s a great time to buy. i plan on getting even more soon if it stays this low.

Yeah @jongolson I kind of see this as an opportunity for those of us that missed out on Bitcoin. I think Steem is superior to Bitcoin since Steem allows fee-less transactions!
