"SLC32-W2" // Steem Expedition 2.0 Everyday Routes. Corners with Art and Color
I visited a local street art gallery as I was heading to the market to buy something I would cook. The name of this street art is called: "Unique Art & Home of Beauty".
This place is located close to the Akwanga old market and it is located by the roadside. It is along the popular Keffi-Abuja highway and the Jos road. I was on top of a motorcycle going to the market when I saw the place.
The two artworks that are kept outside are what captured my attention at the place. One of the artworks is a woman that place her hand on her face whereas the other artwork is an evening sunlight that was shining and birds, and fowls are using the light to see places.
It is not a big place but the owner of the place is trying to expand the place which from the look of things his challenge is funds for him to use and establish at the place.
What attracts your attention the most about this place or this work of art?

Like I said earlier it is the two artworks that are placed in the front of the place that attract me to the place and not just the name of the place. As I visited the place I was hoping to see more beautiful artwork but unfortunately it was just a few artworks that I saw in the place.
How does this touch of art change the mood of your daily routine?
This touch of art especially this one which this elderly man is showing changes my daily routine by making me feel happy and know that I can also be drawn like this. It makes me feel like becoming an artist who can draw himself.
Do you think art and color are important to people who walk around every day?
Well, I can't really tell much for others to myself I think the art and colour are important for me and I also think they're important to people who walk around every day. It is important to people who walk around every day because they are being attracted to the place.
If you were the artist, what other detail or color would you add to that place to make it even more special to you?
Like if I were the artist just like the one above the other detail or color I would add to this work would be adding my contact information so people can easily hire me whenever they need an artist.

The look of the Unique Art & Home of Beauty street gallery is awesome. The painting of the black lady brings out the African culture of beauty. The painting of the black tells me about how leaders work hard, inspite their troubles they still look happy for the people, you made a good suggestion right there that artist should at least paste his phone number somewhere visible to attract clients that will appreciated such magnificent artwork he or she is making.
