This is my first time making a new recipe with potatoes.

I hope everyone is well and healthy, Alhamdulillah I am also well and your prayers are healthy, today I will discuss a potato recipe with you, I hope you like it. Let's start.
When the night is late, I feel hungry, so I, because there is nothing at home, suddenly remembered that I have potatoes, so I saw if there are potato recipes on YouTube, wow, as soon as I charged YouTube, several potato recipes came up, I checked and chose a new recipe. Then I watched the whole video twice and then I started my work.
First I took 4 medium-sized potatoes, then I cut them with a cutter, peeled the top and cut them into thin slices. Then I washed them in water with light salt so that the gas of the potatoes goes away. Then mix the water well and first add turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, five parts light soyabean oil and mix well and keep it in the fridge for 15 to 20 minutes so that the spices can be absorbed by the potatoes well.
Then my time is up, I take the potatoes out of the fridge and take them to the baking room, go and heat the oil with soybean oil as required in the potato market and slowly arrange the potatoes beautifully. Then I reduce the heat to low so that the spices on the potatoes do not burn. Then I fry it like this for about 5-7 minutes and then I turn the opposite sides. I fry the potato recipes well for about 15 minutes.
Then I came back slightly refreshed and to serve the potato recipes, I put two tissues on a plate and placed the potatoes on it. The tissues absorbed the excess oil. Then my roommate and I ate together. It was quite good. As much fun as it was to make something new for the first time in my life, eating it was also a different kind of fun. This was my recipe for today.
