THE DIARY GAME. 20/07/2021 - A SPECIAL DAY IT WAS

Good Day lovely family. I feel so excited getting connected again with you all today.
This day marks a very special day in Islam known as Eidul Adha. It signifies the day Prophet Ibrahim almost used his only Son- Ismael for a sacrifice.
I will like to share with you how my day went .

As a normal routine everyday, once I woke, I prayed to God for another day and then started my preparations.

Firstly, I ironed my clothes and then took my bathe.

Next, I set off to the Eid grounds to observe the Eid Prayer.

As a fact of note, this is the Eid during which Muslims make animal sacrifices to God. So immediately after prayers, we watched our Imam (Leader) slaughter a ram which opened the floor for all other people who are capable of making a sacrifice to do so.

It was then followed by so much reunion and picture taking.
