My Youtube Video Posts doesnt show a Thumbnail.
Do i need to do something to get the Thumbnail, or should it work automatically?

You should simply need to drop in a youtube URL and ensure it's a link (You can make text into a link using the editor) and it should then fill in. Hope that helps!
