Pros :

• This can be a do it your own equipment which can really relieve muscle pains making it relaxed, a good way to massage yourself after a heavy workout or physical activity.
• It is quite amazing since it is quite portable and can just be a grab in your hands and controlling it to your desired massage area.
• You can also change your desired massage equipment to your preference.

Cons :

• A good equipment for muscle pain. I see no cons on this.
