This app for physicians and healthcare professionals helps in setting diagnoses and improves the outcome for the patients.
It is available in a mobile version, where all the historical data of the patient is available, so no mistakes with drug interactions or drug allergies can be made. All info about possible conditions and the human body is available first hand.
Doctors that have started using this wouldn't want to do without it anymore!

UpToDate is very usefull support resource for healthcare professionals. It is a good app for medical science. I like this app very much. @pele23 thanks for your nice hunt.
It's a portal where the patients have a unique identification attribute(Serial/Patient number ) allotted to them and their prior record is saved, whenever they visit a healthcare professional their history can be viewed and prescription can be made accordingly.
