Strava is an excellent tool for collecting and sharing your physical activity data. However, only professional wearables for tracking activity are supported.

I have a Xiaomi Mi Band 3, not supported by Strava app. I only use it for notifications because the Mi Fit app does not offer enough flexibility for reviewing and exporting data. However, Xiaomi smartbands and smartwatches support third party app integration. Maybe there is some way to sync my Mi Band to Strava?

Yes it is! StraMi app does exactly that. Open the app, track your activity and upload it to Strava. The app is compatible with Mi Band 2/3/4 devices. Of course the heat rate won´t be as accurate as using more quality wearables, but if you don´t want to buy an expensive device this is a great alternative.

The app is easy to use and lightweight (6 MB) Unfortunately, it can´t show activity data on the smartband. It is free and only show advertising at the moment of uploading data to Strava.
