Pros:

• Has free plan up to 10 users so it's a good start for small companies then change to a higher plan later on as they grow.

• A good investment as it can increase the productivity of the employees.

Cons:

• I am not sure about this con but it can compromise the privacy of the users or employees but based on some reviews, they said employees support it so I guess it doesn't.
