Pros :

-Actually, Zoom is my client's means of communication every Mondays. We held our meetings by just following a link in Zoom.
-It allows you to share screens to do some catch up on the reports

• The audio and image quality is very clear
• You can also record your conversations

Cons :

None for this. I've been using Zoom for almost 4 months and this works perfectly.
