This platform surely helps in blog building. Not everyone that wants to develop a blog has the necessary knowledge to do so but with this platform this can be achieved by anyone
With two functions as full cms and blog engine, I think buttercms is worth trying, I've used other cms like wordpress and joomla, will try butter now.
