SLC28-W6 // "Mashrooms Soup"

Greetings to All my Steemit friends,


First of all I'm very thankful to Mam @uzma4882 from the bottom of my heart who provided us very unique and beautiful theme for Steemit Learning Challenge 28 for last week. Winter season definitely demands hot,. healthy and warm food for family and friends and soup are one of those blessings of the winter. For this week I'm sharing my mushroom 🍄 soup recipe and experience to making it.

Ingredients

Ingredients Quantity
Mushrooms 1 small cup
Chicken fine chopped 250g
Regular cabbage 3 to 4 g optional
Celery's leave 3 to 4 g
Chopped onion 1 small
Chopped garlic 4 to 5 cloves
Salt 1 tsp for taste
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Black & white pepper 1 tsp
Mixed Spices 1 tsp
Cornflour 3 tsp
Chicken stock or chicken Cube 3 cup, 1 cube
Milk 1 cup
Butter or olive oil 2 tsp

Step by Step Preparation of mushrooms soup

Step 1:

First of all I bathed all the herbs, chicken and mushroom using fresh water and chopped mushrooms in slices and chopped chicken into small pieces and cut all the herbs. Also cut the garlic into small slices.

Step 2:

Then I added two tsp olive oil in the pan and warm on low flame. Then I added mushrooms, chopped chicken, salt and garlic and fry for 10 minutes on low flame until bright. Cook until chicken become soft and the water of mushrooms dried.

Step 3:

After that I added all the spices and herbs like celery leaves, onion, cabbage, black and white pepper and all mixed Spices and mixed it well and properly.

Step 4:

Then I added five cup water in the pan and also added chicken Cube and cook until boiled.

Step 5:

When the soup boils, I added one cup fresh milk in the soup and cooked for five more minutes. In the end I added cornflour in the half cup of water and adding in the soup and Continuosly stirring for making soup thicken and creamy.

Step 6:

When soup is ready I added black pepper in the top and garnish celery leaves and hot and creamy soup 🍲 is ready for taste.

Difficulties and Prices of ingredients

One of the biggest difficulty is to maintain soup perfect thickness and texture because fresh cornflour make soup thick instantly. Cooking mushrooms more making disturbing it's flavour and texture that's why the time is very important factor when you making mushrooms soup.

Total price in Pakistani rupees is equal to 950 rupees which is equal to 47.5 Steem.

Have you ever making mushrooms soup

Yes of course, I make mushrooms soup many times specially in winter season but this time the chicken added very unique and special taste to soup which makes it outstanding and very healthy and full of nutrients and vitamins. This soup not even very tasty but also very good of humans body which provides minerals and energy.


Favourite Soup

My favourite soup in all weeks is chicken corn soup 🍲 but mushrooms soup holds very unique and special place because of its creamy texture and taste. I highly recommended these soups to everyone try at home and serve with their friends and family. Because these provide energy and heat in winter to bodies and making healthy.
