Raw Mango Jam Recipe - Easy, Affordable, and Delicious Homemade Preserve

Assalamu Alaikum, I hope everyone is well and enjoying their lives. Today, I am going to present to you a jam made from raw mangoes, which is very popular in the current season because it is the mango season. In this mango season, when we bring raw mangoes home, we definitely make jam.
To make mango jam, we don't need any special ingredients; we just need to use a few ingredients, which are listed below.
- Raw Mangoes
- Sugar
- Water
- Cardamom (Optional)
- Dry Fruits For Garnish (Optional)
The easiest way to make mango jam is to first wash the mangoes well. After washing them, we remove their skins from the top and peel them well so that they come out clean.
When we have peeled the mango, we cut it lengthwise or widthwise into the shape you want to keep it in. We have to cut all the mangoes into thin slices.

Now we have to take any vessel, pour about one kilogram of water into this vessel, let this water heat up, as soon as this water boils, then we have to put the chopped mangoes in this boiling water, after putting them in it, we have to boil it for about two more minutes.

Since the water is quite hot, we don't keep them in this hot water for long. When they boil twice, we have to take them off the stove after boiling twice. The first thing we have to do is remove them from the water. We have to drain the hot water from them so that they don't overcook.

Now our next task is to empty the same pot, clean it, and place it back on the stove. After placing it on the stove, we have to put the cut slices that we have boiled back into the pot.
We have to add as much sugar as we have in those slices. The amount of sugar should be the same as the amount of mango you have because only then will they be equal. So we have to add this sugar to the container in which we have put the mango slices.
For better taste, we have to add some cardamom seeds inside it, which will give our taste the best. After adding all these things, we have to mix them well. We do not need to add water to it because the sugar will release its own water, with which we will have a sauce.

Now we have to let it cook on the stove for about half an hour so that the sugar juice gets absorbed into the mango slices and mixes well. Then, after half an hour, we have to turn off the stove and let it remain like this for more sugar to be absorbed into the mango slices, and finally, we have mango Jam ready.
