Powering up our STEEM is one of the most important things that enable individuals on the Steemit platform to grow and give them more opportunities to make progress on the platform.

The following are the step-by-step instructions I use to power up my STEEM through the post payout process.

Firstly, I click on the Steemit wallet, which allows me to enter all the necessary passwords, and I click log in. It takes me to another page where I click on the arrow. A drop-down menu appears, where I click on power up.

Secondly, I click on the power up button, which takes me to another page that shows the amount of STEEM I want to power up. I input the amount of STEEM I want to power up, and then I click on the button below.

Thirdly, After I confirm the amount of STEEM power I want to power up in the next stage, I finally click on the OK button. Within a second, my 30.139 STEEM will be added to my STEEM power.

I added this Steem to my Steem power so that I can be a successful user through the power up I perform on the Steemit platform.

Important of Steem power up

➡️Users with high Steem power have the ability to vote on quality posts with the aim of gaining curation rewards in return. Steem power also influences our post payouts on the platform, as well as giving us a higher chance of sharing rewards.

➡️Steem power also enables our accounts to grow, and this can happen when we consistently power up our Steem, which is the primary purpose of staying active on the platform.

➡️Powering up our Steem plays an important role in the Steemit blockchain; without Steem power, users cannot be visible on the platform, and their votes would not be as strong. Those who do not power up regularly cannot move forward through power ups.

➡️ Steem power also affects the price of Steem in the marketplace and helps the community to be stronger on the Steemit platform.
