This is me @asma-khan hope you all are fine and good so today i am going to tell you about this week challenge which is “The Good Food Route Traditional Sweets” and I decide to visit iqbal Sweets & Bakers which is one of the most good sweet shops in my city. this bakery has delicous and traditional deserts they have fresh cakes and savory sncks. The moment I enterd I could smell the sweet aroma of frshly baked pastries and mithai. The place was neat brightness and filed with good staff which are ready to help the customers.

Front Door:

This is the front door of Iqbal Sweets & Bakers.when you see the board of the name of this shop you will be catches attention and the shop looks invting from the street. It located in the beautiful area and peoples visit daily to buy sweets and bakery items from this shop. The entrence is clean and nicely decrated showing the bakery popolarity

Big Hall of Bakers:

When you enter inside you will see a big hall which filed with shening display counters. and each section is aranged beautiful which showing different kinds of bakery items sweets and snacks. and ligting inside gives a warm and good feeling make it pleasant to look. The big hall is spacious enogh for many customers and everything is organized good so you can easily find what you are looked for.

Birthday Cake Section:

This section like by everyone and there is many beautiful birthday caks in different designs shapes and flavors. From simple cream cakes to fancy ones with colrful topings everything looked fresh and yumy. You can order custom cakes for birthdays aniversaries and special occasions and they prepari them perfectly in time.

Breads:

The bread section is arranged in a good way and with soft sandwich bred buns and rusk neatly placed in shelves. The smell of fresh baked bread filled the air and I could tell they bake everyting daily. Many customers were picking up loaves to take home as the bread here is known to stay fresh longest than most other bakeries.

Nimko:

Besides sweets there iss also a corner which you can see ful of crispy snacks like chanachor and nimko. These is spicy and crunchy perfect for enjoyed with evening tea. This section adds a nice mix to the bakery something for these who like salty flavors along with the sweet ones.

Donuts Counter:

This counter were full of small bakery treats like pastriys cream rolls and donuts. The bright colors and toppings made them look so tempting. Many children was excited to pick their favrite flavor. Each item is kept in a clean glass covered displayed that keeping everything fresh and apealing.

Bakery Section:

In this section you can find all types of small cakes biscuits and tarts. The bakery section looked realy beautiful with colorful pastries neatly placed in rows. The workrs were busy refilling trays with freshly baked items showing them how fast these treats sell out. Everything looking soft and good.

Ice Cream Flavor Section:

this is my favorite parts of the bakery. They offering many flavors like chocolate vanilla and pistachio and mango and strawbery. The ice creams is kept in a cold freezer and you can see the colors through the glass. It’s a perfect spot to cool down after eating something spicy and also to enjoy a small desert after shoping.

Malai and Sweets with Gulab Jamun:

This area was fill with traditionl milk based sweets like malai rasmalai and gulab jamun. The gulab jamuns is golden and soft floating on sweet syrup while the malai sweets looked creamy and rich. These items is a big part of our Pakistani tradition served at celebrations and family gatherings.

Razgoli and Different Types of Sweets:

Hre you can see a different types of traditional sweets such as razgoli (rasgulla) barfi and ladoo and sohan halwa. Each sweet is made with pure ingradients like milk sugar ghee and dry fruits. This section truly reprsents the sweet side of our local culture and every piece reminds you of festive days and family celebrtions.

Roasted and Fried Chicken Legs:

After from sweets the bakery also serves spicy sncks like fried and roasted chicken legs. They looked golden and crispy with a nice aroma. It’s a favorite item for those who want to enjoy something savory along with sweets. It shows that the bakery caters to everyone’s taste.

Samosa Cake Slices and Ice Cake Slices:

This counter had a mix of items crispy samosas soft cake slices and frozen ice cake slces. The samosas were fresh and hot filled of spicy potatoes while the cake slices is light and sweet. Many people were buying these for quick snacks or tea time.

Sandwich:

The sandwiches look soft and delicious prepared and which filled with vegetables and mayonnaise. if you want a light meal so there is evening. This section showing that the bakery are not just for sweets but also it offers ready to eating food.

Small Size Pizza:

The small pizzas were baked perfctly with melted chese and tasty topings. They are small but full of flavor and are quite famous in the children. It is nice to see how this bakery combines both traditinal sweets and modern fast food in one place.

I really enjoying my visit to iqbal Sweets & Bakers. It is a greatest place when you can find al kinds of sweets from our traditionl gulab jamun and rasgulla and modern cakes and sncks. The prices is good the food qualitty are excellent and the services are quick and nice. The bakery accepting both cash and online payments and it is open everyday from 9 oclck am to 11 oclock PM.

Traditional sweet which represents my country is Gulab Jamun and it is the heart of evry Pakistani celbration.Most emblematic sweet at this bakery are Rasgulla and Malai sweets which both rich in taste and trdition.Foreign sweet I would like to try that I wuld love to try French macarons one day because they looking colrful and elegent.
