First of all, I would like to thank @suboohi for organizing such a wonderful contest.In today's contest, I have come to share with you a dessert made with bread. Which is a very popular dessert. Its name is SHAHI TUKRA. It is incredibly fun to eat. The name is as beautiful to eat as the dessert is extraordinary. Making the dessert is very easy. Since I love eating bread, today's dessert, Shahi Tukra, is very easy to make. But it is a lot of fun to eat. Many things are made with bread. However, I thought I would share this Shahi Tukra with you in this Shahi style. Then you can make this recipe very easily. Anyway, I have shared this recipe with you step by step, I hope you like it.

Ingredients required for making Shahi Tukra

Step-1

First, I cut off the brown part of the edges of the bread. Then I cut them in the middle at an angle and cut them all like this.

Now I added a little oil to a pan. After adding oil, when the oil got hot, I fried the sliced ​​breads one by one until they were well browned and then removed them from the oil.

Step-3

Now in a separate pan, I added half a liter of liquid milk. Then I added chopped almonds. Then I added 1/3 cup of sugar. Then I continued to cook well.

Step-4

When the milk got a little warm, I took a small amount of milk in a cup. Then I mixed it well with a small amount of custard powder.

Step-5

Now when the milk starts to thicken, add the custard mixture and cook it well for about 5 minutes. At the last moment, add some saffron and let it cool. It cannot be made too thick because it needs to be a little liquid.

Step-6

Now in another pan, I made a syrup by adding 1/3 cup of sugar and half a cup of water. Then, when it cooled, I dipped the fried bread slices in it one by one and took them out.

Step-7

Now I arranged the bread slices dipped in the syrup one by one. Then I poured the custard mixture on top of it. Then I added chopped almonds. Then I decorated it with saffron and the delicious Shahi pieces were ready.

I love desserts and making desserts with bread is a habit of mine. Because bread desserts can be made very easily and in a short time. Since bread is made in advance and any recipe or dessert can be made with it. Many times, apart from turning on the stove, different types of desserts can be made. For example, I make different types of bread malai rolls, shahi pieces, bread desserts with custard, etc. on almost any occasion or during Eid. Apart from this, different types of snacks are made with bread.

Do you face any difficulty during making this recipe.

I always enjoy cooking. Cooking is my hobby and favorite thing. I enjoy cooking any kind of food very much. But when I make something special, I like it a lot more. And sometimes I have to face problems to make something special very carefully. But I did not face any problem in making this Shahi Tukhari. Because I have made this recipe often. That is why I have a good experience with it. That is why I was able to make this recipe very easily and in a very short time. Which is also incredibly fun to eat. Especially since all the ingredients are at home, it has been very convenient to make this recipe. However, one problem in making recipes is that if there are children in the house, they always express interest in seeing and eating what is being cooked. And they repeatedly interrupt the work. But seeing their interest, I like to make anything.

At what occasion do you want to make it?

Dessert is a favorite of everyone during any kind of event. Even in different get-togethers, different types of desserts are not comparable. So I try to make different types of desserts during different events. However, if bread desserts can be made in a short time, they can be kept on the menu. So I think if we make such desserts at any time of Eid. Then in terms of sweet tooth, desserts will satisfy our peace of mind as well as satisfy our hunger. If the amount of desserts on the table during Eid is high, those moments of joy are mainly celebrated with something sweet. So during Eid, I want to keep this dessert on my table.
