1 - Make your own Rasmalai 🍨 (include ingredients, quantities, and steps) using my recipe or any other recipe of your choice.

| Milk | 1 liter |
| Sugar | 1 cup |
| Vanilla essence | Few drops |
| Egg | 1 |
| Cardamom | 3 |
| Oil | 2 tbsp |
| Milk powder | 2packet |

Firstly, take a pan and add milk to it. Place the pan on the stove and warm the milk over low heat. Then add sugar and stir continuously so it mixes well with the milk. Cook for a few minutes until the sugar completely dissolves and the milk becomes slightly hot and smooth.

Then add a few drops of vanilla essence and cardamom to the milk. Stir well and cook again on low heat for a short time. Make sure not to add too much vanilla essence as it can overpower the flavor.

Then add dry milk powder to the milk and stir continuously so that it becomes slightly thick and smooth making sure no lumps are formed.

Then take a box of rasmalai powder and add it to a bowl.

Then add oil and a beaten egg to the rasmalai powder and mix well until it forms a smooth mixture.

Mix everything well until the mixture becomes soft and smooth. After that take small portions of the mixture and gently roll them between your palms to make small smooth balls.

After making the small balls gently add them one by one into the milk mixture and cook on low heat.

Do not stir the milk mixture for at least 8 minutes after adding the balls. After 8 minutes the balls will become bigger in size as they cook and absorb the milk.First place the cooked balls into a bowl and then pour the remaining milk over them.

Finally garnish the rasmalai with some chopped pistachios or almonds and place it in the fridge for 1 hour. Once it is chilled serve it and everyone will love the delicious creamy dessert.
