Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.105. date (16-01-2026) // Greatful for the day meal
Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog.
Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing contest called Daily menu delicacies. I consumed the below meals today being 16/01/2026 and capture them so as to share the dairy game with my friend.
Friday is always a happy day, it is the beginning of weekend. Waking up,I feel like energetic and enthusiastic about the day.
I went to kitchen and prepare a special breakfast for myself and my family members. The meal was simply but delicious and nutritious. Rice is one of the meals cherished in all occasions, in short it is meal king of occasion in my environment and we consume it on a regular basis.
In case you feel like preparing the same Local Rice, my ingredients where:.Rice, fish, egg, stock cube, Fresh tomatoes, Salt,oil, pepper, crayfish, onion, Ginger and Garlic.
Rice and plantains is carbohydrates, fish is protein, oil used is fat and other things contains vitamin and mineral. I see this meal as a complete meal in the right proportion.
Returning home after a long day works, I was extremely hungry and tired. I use biscuits and malt and satisfying my hungry.
Since today is the beginning of weekend,I closed for work late, I entered market to restore my kitchen.
It took me about 45 minutes to buy all the ingredients in my list. Since we are in the dry season, sun is hot making buy things in the afternoon different.
Consuming this snacks was that best for me, the malt her is chill and contains vitamins that boost energy and immune system. Thereafter l took a nap.
After taking my rest,l decided to prepare one of our traditional soup called okra soup.
Okra soup is a very delicious meal because it comes with lots of proteinous ingredients that is healthy for both children and adults. It is cherish and love thousands of people around the globe.
In preparation of this meal, my ingredients was okra, red oil, periwinkle, goat meat, cowskin, seasoning cube,
This yummy delicious meal has the following health benefits. First, it supports heart health, Good for bone health,Good for blood sugar control, Good for digestive health and hinders constipation and Good for weight loss. Okra soup is prepared with nutrient rich ingredients which help boost the immune system.
My evening night was blessed with one of my favourite fruit. From the picture,it is star Apple. Here in my country, this is the season for star Apple, it is rampantly seen on the street.
The five ball here is just ₦200 which is approximately 2 steem. It is cheaper and enjoyable.
It is advisable to consumed seasonal fruit, the researcher show that,it helps in preventing a certain disease in that month and nourish the body.
