Daily Menu Delicacies Week No.98 date (15-11-2025) / Large Carbohydrates day with few proteins.
Greetings to all members of this prestigious community and to you who is taking time to read my post. You are welcome to my blog. Today, I want to participate in one of the amazing contest called Daily menu delicacies. I consumed the below meals today being 13/11/2025 and capture them so as to share the dairy game with my friend.
Saturday are always special day for special events and treat. Waking up,I feel like energetic and enthusiastic about the day.
I went to kitchen and prepare a special breakfast for myself and my family members. The meal was simply but delicious and nutritious. Rice is one of the meals cherished in all occasions, in short it is meal king of occasion in my environment and we consume it on a regular basis.
In case you feel like preparing the same Local Rice, my ingredients where:.Rice, fish, egg, stock cube, Fresh tomatoes, Salt,oil, pepper, crayfish, onion, Ginger and Garlic.
Rice and plantains is carbohydrates, fish is protein, avocado is fat and other things contains vitamin and mineral. I see this meal as a complete meal in the right proportion.
My afternoon was blessed, fisher man okra soup. After a lot of work, my mother in-law assisted me we finished preparing this meal in less than no time.
Okra soup is a very delicious meal because it comes with lots of proteinous ingredients that is healthy for both children and adults. It is cherish and love thousands of people around the globe.
This yummy delicious meal has the following health benefits. First, it supports heart health, Good for bone health,Good for blood sugar control, Good for digestive health and hinders constipation and Good for weight loss. Okra soup is prepared with nutrient rich ingredients which help boost the immune system.
In the evening, I went to our Christian sister's house, she invited everyone for get together, since I know her well, I decided to attend it was fun and lovely. We carry out different games, joke, talk,play and boom! it was entertainment time. she surprises us with different traditional delicacies and snacks.
Out of all,I choose the below 👇🏽 which serves as my dinner.
This meal is called White soup and cassava flakes(Garri Swallow). It is among my favourite food because White soup is a Nigeria dish that is high in protein and contains different varieties of vitamins and calcium.
Swallow is very rich in carbohydrate, hence combining it with cassava flakes really energises us and helps us feel satisfied after eating.
It is a good source of complex carbohydrates which helps to regulate blood sugar levels and provide necessary energy needed throughout the day.
Mixing the two together help to support our overall health and well-being of my family members.
